Suggestions for deepening the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises have put forward new requirements. What will be the focus of this work in the next five years? Currently, the task of deepening and enhancing the main action entities of state-owned enterprise reform has been basically completed. Next, we will resolutely implement the decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, focus on promoting a new round of state-owned assets and enterprises reform, adhere to problem orientation, pay more attention to the quality and effectiveness of reform, continuously deepen reform at a higher starting point, and promote state-owned enterprises to continuously enhance their core functions and competitiveness. In further enhancing the ability to serve national strategies, we will focus on functions such as strategic security, industrial leadership, national economy and people's livelihood, public services, etc., further clarify the functional positioning of various types of enterprises, strengthen strategic mission evaluation, improve main responsibility management, accelerate the concentration of state-owned capital in important industries and key areas related to national security and the economic lifeline, concentrate on public services, emergency response capabilities, public welfare fields related to national economy and people's livelihood, and focus on forward-looking and strategic emerging industries. Regarding further improving the system of Chinese characteristics modern enterprise, we must effectively strengthen the leadership of the Party in improving corporate governance, improve the governance mechanism of state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics, accelerate organizational transformation, enhance scientific management level, continuously strengthen hierarchical management of enterprises, improve decision-making and operational efficiency, break traditional methods in talent introduction and training, and enhance positive incentives for key core talents. Further enhancing the effectiveness of state-owned asset supervision is also an important reform task. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, we will coordinate "letting go" with "good management", establish specialized and professional state-owned asset supervision agencies, enhance strategic coordination among relevant management departments, formulate more targeted, inclusive and flexible supervision policies, improve classification evaluation system, improve the "one policy for each enterprise" assessment mechanism, vigorously promote penetrative supervision, continuously improve professional, systematic, rule-based, and efficient supervision level, develop and protect the common wealth of all the people.
