The Zhixin Financial News APP learned that Minsheng Education (01569.HK) issued an announcement on December 19, 2025, disclosing that the company (as the borrower) entered into a letter of credit with Hang Seng Bank Limited (as the lender). According to the letter of credit, Hang Seng Bank agreed to provide the company with a revolving loan of up to 300 million Chinese yuan, or the equivalent in Hong Kong dollars and US dollars. The company's final repayment date for the loans borrowed under the letter of credit shall not be later than 3 years from the date of each drawdown.
