Beijing has introduced measures to rate property service enterprises in residential projects.

On the 19th, it was learned from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development that the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, along with relevant units, issued the "Comprehensive Evaluation and Management Measures for Residential Property Service Enterprises in Beijing." It is proposed that Beijing will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of residential property service enterprises every six months and rate the enterprises based on this evaluation. The first trial evaluation results are planned to be released after the evaluation cycle ends in the first half of 2026.
