The China Trust Industry Association disclosed the trust industry data for the first half of 2025 on December 19. As of the end of June 2025, the total trust assets of the industry amounted to 32.43 trillion yuan, an increase of 2.87 trillion yuan compared to the end of the previous year, with a growth rate of 9.73%. Compared with the same period of the previous year, it increased by 5.43 trillion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 20.11%. In the first half of 2025, the industry achieved operating income of 343.62 billion yuan, an increase of 11.09 billion yuan compared to the same period in 2024, with a year-on-year growth of 3.34%; the total profit reached 196.76 billion yuan, an increase of 0.88 billion yuan compared to the same period in 2024, with a year-on-year growth of 0.45%.
