Wanji Technology will contribute 5.1 million yuan in cash, holding 35.6893% of the shares; Xiangjiang Intelligence will contribute 4.9 million yuan in cash, holding 34.2897% of the shares; Hechuang Future will contribute 3 million yuan in intellectual property, holding 21.0147% of the shares; Zhongda Asset Company will contribute 1.287 million yuan in intellectual property, holding 9.0063% of the shares.
