*ST Zhisheng Announcement: Recently, the company received the "Share Transfer Registration Confirmation" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., and learned that the share transfer registration procedures have been completed, and the nature of the shares involved is unrestricted tradable shares. After the completion of this share transfer, Sichuan Revitalization Group holds 15.7248 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.97% of the total shares, becoming the second largest shareholder of the company. Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance no longer holds shares of the company.
