Shengye (06069.HK): Shengye Factoring, Haidian Group and Haidian Investment Control sign revised financing support agreement.

The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Shengye (06069.HK) announced that on December 19, 2025, Shengye Factoring (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), Haikong Group, and Haikong Investment and Control entered into an amended financing support agreement to support the business development of Haikong Factoring (an affiliated company of the Company) and to provide financing support for the supply chain financial business conducted by Haikong Factoring.
