Ministry of Commerce: From January to November 2025, a total of 61,207 new foreign-invested enterprises were established nationwide, an increase of 16.9% year-on-year; the actual use of foreign capital amounted to 693.18 billion RMB, a decrease of 7.5% year-on-year. In November, the actual use of foreign capital increased by 26.1% year-on-year.
