The Zhixun Financial APP reported that CNOOC Oilfield Services (02883.HK) issued an announcement that as of December 19, 2025, Ms. Zhao Lijuan, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Company's Nomination Committee. Following the appointment, the Nomination Committee is composed of four members, namely Mr. Yao Xin (Chairman), Mr. Zhao Shunqiang, Mr. Guo Linguang, and Ms. Zhao Lijuan.
