Laoganma Fruit Orchard's Hong Kong IPO and domestic unlisted shares' "full circulation" have been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice on the record filing of Luluguo Yuan Group Co., Ltd.'s overseas issuance and listing of shares and the "full circulation" of domestically unlisted shares. The company plans to issue no more than 19,362,400 ordinary shares for overseas listing and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Ten shareholders of the company intend to convert a total of 67,347,108 domestically unlisted shares into overseas listed shares and list them for circulation on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
