Ministry of Commerce Announcement No. 81 of 2025: Launch of the final review of anti-dumping measures applicable to imported EPDM rubber originating from the United States, South Korea, and the European Union.

According to the recommendation of the Ministry of Commerce, the Tariff and Tax Committee of the State Council has decided that during the final review period of the anti-dumping measures, anti-dumping duties will continue to be levied on imported ethylene propylene diene rubber from the United States, South Korea, and the European Union in accordance with the tax product range and tax rates announced in Notice No. 60 of 2020 by the Ministry of Commerce. Starting from December 20, 2025, the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported ethylene propylene diene rubber from the United Kingdom will expire at the end of the review period.
