Da Long Real Estate (600159.SH) subsidiary terminates acquisition of 60% equity of Beijing Chengzhu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP reports that Dalong Real Estate (600159.SH) has issued an announcement. Previously, the company's controlling subsidiary, Beijing Dalong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., reached a preliminary agreement with Beijing Shunyi New City Development Co., Ltd. to acquire 60% equity of Beijing Chengzhu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Based on the actual situation of both parties in the transaction and the feedback from the state-owned assets department, the two parties were unable to reach a consensus on the main terms of the transaction and could not sign a formal "equity transfer agreement." In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company and all shareholders, after friendly negotiations between both parties and careful study by the company, it was decided to terminate the equity acquisition transaction.
