On December 19th, Ji Yue Auto issued a notice regarding the prompt handling of debt claims declaration and materials correction: During the review of debt claims declaration process, it was found that some creditors had submitted incomplete materials, including failure to submit necessary documents such as the "Debt Claims Declaration Form" and/or the "Debt Claims Declaration Document Checklist," which affects the review and confirmation of debt claims declaration. Therefore, Ji Yue Auto officially released the "Debt Claims Declaration Guide," requiring creditors intending to declare debt to strictly follow the materials and procedures listed in the guide, with the deadline for declaration set for December 26, 2025.
