(referred to as Shangshui Intelligent) applied for the change of the status of its IPO review on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to "submitted for registration". Guolian Minsheng Securities is its sponsor, and it plans to raise 587.39 million yuan.
