According to a report from the Wise Finance APP, the Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT.US) and fusion energy company TAE Technologies have agreed to merge in an all-stock transaction valued at over $6 billion. According to a statement released on Thursday, this deal will create one of the world's first publicly traded fusion energy companies. The company plans to begin construction on the world's first utility-scale fusion power plant next year, pending necessary approvals. After the completion of the transaction, shareholders of both companies will each hold approximately 50% of the merged company's stock on a fully diluted basis.
