The company globally distributed 122 million H shares, with 10% sold publicly in Hong Kong and 90% sold internationally. The sale price per share is 4.51 Hong Kong dollars, raising a net total of approximately 495 million Hong Kong dollars. Trading of the H shares is expected to begin on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025.
