China Financial Leasing (02312) intends to rename itself as "Long Investment Group"

The change took effect when the name change registration certificate was issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on November 28, 2025. The Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a certificate of registration of a non-Hong Kong company changing its name on December 16, 2025, confirming that the company's new name has been registered in Hong Kong in accordance with Part XVI of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
