Evergrande Auto: The registered shareholder of its subsidiary has changed to Guangzhou Julei, and the stock will continue to be suspended from trading.

Evergrande Auto announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on November 22, 2025, the company learned from news reports that the registered shareholders of its related subsidiaries had been changed from members of the group to Guangzhou Julixian Modern Industrial Development Co., Ltd. After the company's investigation, the management confirmed that, according to the approved bankruptcy restructuring plan by the relevant local people's court, the group's equity in the related subsidiaries was cancelled and all the equity of the related subsidiaries was registered in the name of Guangzhou Julixian on November 18, 2025. As the result of this plan and the change in the related subsidiaries' shareholders, the group did not receive any cash consideration. Trading of the stock will continue to be suspended until further notice.
