Wu Qing attended the establishment meeting of the Academic Committee of China Capital Market Association and held an expert seminar on the "Fifteen Five" Plan of the Capital Market.

Wu Qing pointed out that strengthening the theoretical research of the capital market is an urgent need to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on financial work and deepen the understanding of the development laws of the capital market. It is of great significance to accelerate the formation of a theoretical system that follows the general laws of the market and is in line with China's reality, promote the high-quality development of the capital market, and actively participate in global financial governance cooperation. We must firmly grasp the correct political direction and academic orientation, adhere to marketization, rule of law, and internationalization. Rooted in the practice of China's capital market, focusing on key issues such as the inclusive attractiveness of the capital market, pricing efficiency, financial technology, and legal construction, continuously improve theoretical frameworks and methodologies, and provide solid theoretical support for accelerating the construction of a strong capital market. Wu Qing emphasized that scholars should deeply practice the original intention and mission of theoretical research, unite and consolidate various research forces and expert teams in the capital market, build an open and collaborative research ecology, strengthen the application of research results, and continuously enhance the theoretical guiding value.
