Announcement of Xixiangfeng Group: On December 18, 2025, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Xixiangfeng Financing Leasing Group Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement with New Stone Age Huitong Technology Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, the two parties will establish a long-term strategic cooperation relationship in the fields of unmanned vehicle procurement, road rights development, operation services, and market promotion. Xixiangfeng Group will purchase, lease, or operate unmanned vehicle products from New Stone Age and carry out deep business synergy in specific areas; be responsible for road rights development, testing, and operation permit application in designated cities, while New Stone Age will provide technical support; New Stone Age will provide Xixiangfeng Group with full lifecycle operation and maintenance, lifetime software services, and special insurance support; in the cities where Xixiangfeng Group successfully obtains and maintains road rights, New Stone Age will grant Xixiangfeng Group an exclusive distribution right for a period of three years.
