According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Guangzhou Penghui Intelligent Charging Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Lang Yun as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: engaging in investment activities with its own funds; sales of accessories for new energy vehicle charging; sales of battery components; sales of charging piles; centralized fast charging stations, etc. According to the equity penetration of Qichacha, the company is wholly owned by Guangzhou Jixin Automobile Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Penghui Energy.
