China Youth Travel: Everbright Group's shareholding ratio has increased to 20.36%

Notice from China Youth Travel: China Everbright Group Company will transfer, without compensation, 17.37% of the shares held by its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Youth Travel Group Limited, directly to Everbright Group. After this transfer is completed, Everbright Group will directly hold 147.384592 million shares of the company, accounting for 20.36% of the total share capital. Youth Travel Group will no longer directly hold company shares, but will indirectly hold 20.475 million shares through its controlled company, China Youth Create Benefits Investment Management Limited, accounting for 2.83% of the total share capital. The controlling shareholder of the company will change from Youth Travel Group to Everbright Group, but the actual controller of the company remains unchanged.
