On December 18, Jiemai Technology announced its strategic plan to become a technology-based platform enterprise by proactively entering the upstream key raw materials of the high-temperature superconductor industry, such as high-performance copper-based and nickel-based high-temperature superconductor powders and targets, as well as copper-based high-temperature superconductor texture blocks. The company will also enter the core areas of controlled nuclear fusion and high-temperature superconductor materials. To achieve this goal, the company has invested in and acquired a stake in Beijing Critical Field Technology Co., Ltd. On December 17, 2025, the company received notice from Beijing Critical Field Technology that they had completed the business registration procedures and obtained a new "Business License" issued by the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration.
