The company's holding of all the equity of Nanjing Hengtian Lingrui Automobile Co., Ltd. has been transferred to Wang Xianfeng, Nanjing Lingrui New Energy One Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise, Nanjing Lingrui New Energy Two Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise, or their designated third party, at a price of 135 million yuan.
