Hainiu New Materials announced that the company plans to sell the remaining unallocated portion of the construction plant for 41,377.74 million yuan to Haining Huali Industry Co., Ltd. This transaction is expected to generate a disposal gain or loss of about 50,000 yuan, affecting net profit by about 40,000 yuan.
