The company was established in April 2022, with Shu Rui as the legal representative. Its business scope includes engineering and technical research and experimental development, software development, intelligent instrument manufacturing, software sales, computer hardware and auxiliary equipment retail, machinery and equipment sales, and special operation robot manufacturing. It is wholly owned by China General Nuclear Research Institute Co., Ltd.
