Jie Jun, former deputy general manager of Beijing Urban Construction Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd., was sentenced to ten years and six months in prison in the first instance.

On December 18, the Beijing First Intermediate People's Court publicly sentenced Jie Jun, former deputy general manager of Beijing Urban Sub-center Investment Construction Group Co., Ltd., for accepting bribes. The defendant Jie Jun was sentenced to ten years and six months in prison for bribery, as well as a fine of RMB one million. The court also ordered the confiscation of the proceeds from the bribery and interest obtained by the defendant Jie Jun.
