According to the Qichacha APP, Green Energy Smart Investment Partnership Enterprise was recently established with a total investment of 2.75 billion yuan, with its business scope including investment activities using its own funds. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly funded by Beijing Chengtong Capital Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Chengtong Holdings Group Co., Ltd., China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., and its subsidiary Zhong Jieneng Capital Holdings Co., Ltd.
