Vanke proposed to extend the maturity of the principal repayment of the medium-term notes by 12 months and to provide corresponding credit enhancement measures by the issuer.
Vanke announced on the Shanghai Clearing House that it proposes to extend the maturity of the principal repayment of the fourth tranche of mid-term notes in 2022 for 12 months to December 15, 2026. The interest payable of 60 million RMB due on December 15, 2025 will be paid within the grace period, i.e. by December 22, 2025. During the grace period, the unpaid principal will accrue interest at a rate of 3.00%, and unpaid interest will not compound. The face interest rate during the extension period will remain unchanged at 3.00%, and any additional interest during the extension period will be paid together with the principal repayment. The issuer will provide corresponding credit enhancement measures for the extension of this tranche of mid-term notes.
