Zhixin Finance and Economics APP News, Dongjie Intelligent (300486.SZ) announced that the company is planning to issue shares and pay cash to purchase the controlling rights of Aobo (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. held by Shandong Qikang Zhihe Entrepreneurship Investment Management Co., Ltd. and other transaction parties, and raise funds accordingly. The company's securities will be suspended from trading starting from the market opening on December 17, 2025.
