Zhongke Electric (300035.SZ) plans to repurchase the equity held by Shenchuangtou New Materials Fund in Zhongke Xingcheng Holdings for an amount not exceeding 1.183 billion yuan.

Zhijian Finance APP news, Zhongke Electric (300035.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors of the company has approved the "Proposal on Repurchasing the Equity of Hunan Zhongke Xingcheng Holdings Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company", agreeing to repurchase all the equity of Zhongke Xingcheng Holdings held by Deep Creation Investment New Materials Fund in cash. The repurchase amount is expected to be not more than 1.183 billion yuan, and the company authorizes the management to sign relevant legal documents with Deep Creation Investment New Materials Fund and handle all matters related to this equity repurchase.
