Wisdom Financial News APP news, Guoyin Gold Leasing (01606.HK) announced that the company, as the buyer, and the seller (including nine project companies controlled by Zhengtai Aneng Digital Energy (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.) signed an asset purchase agreement on December 16, 2025. According to this agreement, the seller agrees to sell household photovoltaic power stations and their supporting equipment located in Guangdong and Anhui provinces to the buyer, and the buyer agrees to purchase the above assets at a total price of RMB 1.21 billion.
