(hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), accounting for 0.37% of the total share capital of the Company excluding repurchase shares, plans to reduce her shareholding by a total of no more than 826,000 shares within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement, through lawful methods recognized by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange such as centralized bidding and block trading, not exceeding 0.09% of the total share capital of the Company excluding repurchase shares.
