Airbus: Completes acquisition of installair systems company facilities.

On December 16th, Airbus announced that it had completed a deal with Safran Aircraft Engines, acquiring the latter's industrial assets specifically for Airbus' civil aircraft projects. Airbus received a compensation of $439 million and underwent the typical purchase price adjustments, as well as the customary post-closing review. Additionally, as per the terms of the acquisition agreement, Airbus will receive certain funds to settle debts.
