Zhongke Electric: Intends to invest 7 billion yuan in Luzhou, Sichuan to build a "30,000-ton lithium-ion battery cathode material integrated project" annually.

Zhongke Electric announced that the company has signed an investment agreement with the Management Committee of Leshan Economic Development Zone in Sichuan Province to invest in and construct the "Integrated Project for the Production of 300,000 Tons of Lithium Ion Battery Cathode Material per Year" in Leshan Economic Development Zone, Sichuan Province. The total planned investment for the project is approximately 7 billion yuan, to be completed in two phases. The first phase of the project plans to invest approximately 4.7 billion yuan to build a production base for integrated production of 200,000 tons of lithium-ion battery cathode material per year. The second phase of the project plans to invest approximately 2.3 billion yuan to build a production base for integrated production of 100,000 tons of lithium-ion battery cathode material per year. The project covers an area of about 1,500 acres, and is expected to meet the land transfer conditions by March 31, 2026.
