Yuntu Holdings announced that the company has decided to use its own monetary funds of 132 million yuan to increase its subscription to the Jiangsu Cangqing New Energy Industry Development Fund, exercising its priority subscription rights. After this additional fundraising is completed, the size of the Cangqing Fund will increase from 5.31 billion yuan to 6.71 billion yuan. The company's subscribed capital contribution to the Cangqing Fund will increase from 500 million yuan to 632 million yuan, and its ownership of 9.4162% of the fund will remain unchanged.
