Participants believed that under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Putin, China-Russia relations have maintained a stable, healthy, and high-level development, setting an example for a new type of international relations and relations between neighboring major countries. In May of this year, the two heads of state jointly signed and issued a joint statement on further deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination between China and Russia in the new era, clearly proposing to deepen cooperation in the field of media between the two countries. The media of both countries should fully implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, always adhere to the direction of China-Russia friendship, and create a good public opinion atmosphere for the common development of China and Russia.
