Dazhu CNC: Issuance of overseas listed shares approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission

Dazhu CNC announces that the company recently received the "Notice of Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing of Shenzhen Dazhu CNC Technology Co., Ltd. issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company plans to issue no more than 88,625,200 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
