Wisdom Financial News APP, First Environment (03989) announced that the company will issue the First Environment Holding Company Limited's corporate bonds (first tranche) to professional investors in 2025 from December 18 (T day) to December 19 (T+1 day). The total amount of bonds to be issued in this tranche will not exceed RMB 2 billion, divided into 2 types: one with a term of 3 years and the other with a term of 5 years. The net proceeds from the fundraising will be used to repay interest-bearing debts.
