Anlit Kang announced that, due to the operational needs of its affiliated company, Baiyunshan Anlikang, it plans to increase the estimated amount of related transactions. The originally estimated purchase amount of electricity from Baiyunshan Anlikang in 2025 will increase from 380,000 yuan to 450,000 yuan, without adjusting the procurement amount of its subsidiary, Dongbao Technology, and the originally estimated transactions and amounts with other related parties will remain unchanged. After the adjustment, the estimated amount of daily related transactions in 2025 will not exceed 16.55 million yuan. The increase in this amount does not exceed 0.5% of the company's most recent audited net assets, falls within the decision-making authority of the general manager, does not require the approval of the board of directors or shareholders' meeting, and does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
