Chinaventure News App reports that Yujing Shares (002943.SZ) has disclosed its 2025 stock option incentive plan (draft), with the company intending to grant a total of up to 2.2 million shares of stock options to incentive recipients (a total of 10 people), of which 2 million shares will be granted initially. The exercise price for the stock options (including reserves) is 26.95 yuan per share.
