Jingu Co., Ltd. announced that it recently received notifications from Hebei Zhongzhong Cold Rolled Materials Co., Ltd. and Hebei Zongheng Group Fengnan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., both of whom are shareholders holding more than 5% of the company. On December 15, 2025, Hebei Zhongzhong Cold Rolled Materials Co., Ltd. reduced their holdings by 200,000 shares through centralized auction trading, accounting for 0.02% of the total share capital. After this reduction, the combined holdings of the two companies decreased to 59,561,187 shares, and their shareholding ratio decreased from 6.0035% to 5.9834%, triggering a change in whole percentage points. This reduction does not involve pre-disclosure of reductions and complies with relevant regulations.
