Yichen Group (08365.HK) completed the issuance of a total of 18 million shares in a private placement.

The Zhitong Finance APP announced that Yichen Group (08365.HK) has issued a notice stating that all conditions of the placement agreement have been met and the placement has been completed on December 16, 2025. A total of 18 million shares have been successfully placed by the placement agent to no fewer than six underwriters at a placement price of HK$1.65 per share, representing approximately 9.51% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company after the completion of the placement.
