Shenma Power: Chen Xiaoqin has reduced their holdings by 1.00%

Shenma Power announced that shareholder Chen Xiaoqin, who holds more than 5% of the shares, reduced her holdings by 4.3168 million shares through centralized bidding during the reduction plan period, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital of the company. After the reduction, the total proportion of shares held by Chen Xiaoqin and its concerted action person decreased from 79.16% to 78.16%. At the end of this reduction plan, Chen Xiaoqin currently holds 67.3853 million shares of the company, accounting for 15.61% of the total share capital.
