Bohai Leasing: Transfer of 100% equity of Global Sea Containers Ltd completed.

Bohai Leasing Announcement, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company Global Sea Containers Two Limited intends to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Global Sea Containers Ltd to Typewriter Ascend Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Typewriter Topco LP, an investment entity managed by Stonepeak Partners LLC. As of December 15, 2025, Typewriter Ascend has already paid the equity transfer price to GSCTL according to the price adjustment mechanism agreed upon in the Share Purchase Agreement. The final transaction price will be confirmed by both parties according to the relevant provisions in the Share Purchase Agreement. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, GSCTL, has transferred its 100% ownership of GSCL to Typewriter Ascend, and the equity transfer was completed on that day.
