Dore Technology Announcement: Kunshan Daya Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., a subsidiary, has established a joint venture company, LIEDER AUTOMOTIVE, S.L., in Spain through its wholly-owned subsidiary Dore Hong Kong and the Spanish company EDERLAN SUBSIDIARIES, S.A. Dore Hong Kong holds 70% of the shares. Recently, Dore Hong Kong and EDERLAN SUBSIDIARIES signed a "Joint Venture Operating Agreement". Both parties agree that Dore Hong Kong will have full ownership of 70% of the shares of Lieder, and EDERLAN SUBSIDIARIES will have full ownership of 30% of the shares.
