Chinese insurance investment funds and others have established a joint venture enterprise in Xiamen with a capital contribution of 5 billion.

According to the Tianyancha App, on December 16th, Xiamen Xiangnan Yuanhuo Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise was established, with the executive partner being Zhongbao Investment (Shenzhen) Limited Liability Company. The registered capital is 5 billion RMB, and the business scope includes enterprise management, enterprise management consulting, and investment activities with its own funds. The investment is jointly made by China Insurance Investment Fund and Zhongbao Investment (Shenzhen) Limited Liability Company.
