Accelerate the construction of intelligent power grids that are adapted to the development of new energy and integration, accelerate the digital transformation of power grids and the construction of digital power grids, promote the deep integration of technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain with power systems, and support the integration of clean energy. Actively promote the construction of the first batch of national vehicle-grid interactive scale application pilot cities, promote the coordination and interaction between vehicles and grids. Accelerate the expansion of new applications of the new power system, and build a demonstration area for ultra-large-scale new power systems in Guangzhou, a mega city.
