Vigorously develop new energy vehicles, accelerate the electrification of urban public service vehicles such as government vehicles, taxis, logistics distribution vehicles, and sanitation vehicles, and continue to expand the demonstration application scale of hydrogen-powered waste transport vehicles in buildings. Promote the green and low-carbon transformation of ships, focus on the Pearl River tour, and promote the application of electric ships in an orderly manner, giving priority to forming demonstration routes for electric ships. Promote the green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of ports, accelerate the retrofitting of existing ships with shore power facilities, design and construct shore power facilities simultaneously with the construction of new, renovated, and expanded dock projects, and promote the normalization of ships using shore power when docking. By 2035, the proportion of green construction of transportation infrastructure will reach 95%.
