December 16th: The "Farm Produce Wholesale Price 200 Index" increased by 0.06 points compared to yesterday.

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on December 16, the "200-Index of Wholesale Prices of Agricultural Products" was 130.72, an increase of 0.06 points from yesterday, and the "Basket of Vegetables" product wholesale price index was 133.66, also an increase of 0.06 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural product wholesale market was 17.40 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; beef was 66.00 yuan/kg, also unchanged from yesterday; mutton was 62.64 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.2% from yesterday; eggs were 7.45 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.4% from yesterday; white-feathered chicken was 17.70 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.7% from yesterday. The average price of 28 types of vegetables under key monitoring was 5.93 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.5% from yesterday; and the average price of 6 types of fruits under key monitoring was 7.53 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.5% from yesterday. Crucian carp was 19.20 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.9% from yesterday; carp was 14.01 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.4% from yesterday; white crucian carp was 10.14 yuan/kg, a decrease of 2.8% from yesterday; and bighead fish was 39.71 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.1% from yesterday. Today, among the 46 varieties of fresh agricultural products under key monitoring in the domestic wholesale market, the top five with price increases compared to yesterday are duck pear, winter melon, pumpkin, watermelon, and carrots, with increases of 3.2%, 2.9%, 2.4%, 1.7%, and 1.7%, respectively; while the top five with price decreases are scallions, Fuji apples, cauliflower, lettuce, and white crucian carp, with decreases of 3.8%, 3.7%, 3.6%, 3.5%, and 2.8%, respectively.
